We’ve reached an historic Tentative Agreement with ResLife over our VERY FIRST CONTRACT! Some highlights of our wins include:
- Compensation: a $2k raise for this year and a 3% raise for next year ($12,500 this year, $12,850 next year).
- Rehire: a protected rehire process! CCs will only be denied rehire for just cause reasons. Any CC not rehired has recourse to a hearing.
- Training: protections for CCs w/ TA camp, Meik, athletics, or other extra curricular conflicts; includes housing/meals covered up to 4 days prior to training.
- Responsibilities and Communication: clearer and codified outlines of responsibilities, with direct and ongoing input into those responsibilities; reasonable flexibility around weekly CC team meetings.
